Band News Bulletin

On Sunday June 2nd at 16:00 many of our band students will be participating in A Big Concert of Traditional Malagasy music at the Carlton Anosy.  This promises to be an exciting collaboration between ASA band students and Jejy Music Orchestra.  There will be over 100 musicians on stage, ranging from professionals to our beginning band students.  

Since 2009 Jejy orchestra and choir has given free tuition to select young children who cannot afford school fees.  The main instrument taught is the violin.  This year Jejy would like to purchase instruments for students who cannot afford them.  The concert ticket fees will help to promote their cause.
